 Railcam begon in 2001 als een

| onderdeel van de website www.cofoto.nl Sinds |
| juli 2006 is de site ondergebracht in het domein |
| Railcam.nl. Dagelijks kijken vele bezoekers uit alle |
| landen van de wereld mee naar de livebeelden. De camera |
| staat slechts op 30 meter afstand opgesteld van de spoorwegovergang. De rails kruisen hier de Hoofdstraat/Mierloseweg in Mierlo-Hout (Gemeente Helmond).
Railcam 1 is geïnstalleerd in Noord
Westelijke richting.
RailCam 2: Hoek Hoofdstraat/ Houtse Parallelweg bij het nieuwe herdenkingsmonument
(22 september 1944), wat op 22 september 2011 is onthuld. Ter oriëntatie:
Treinen die in beeld naar
links rijden, gaan in de
richting Eindhoven en
andersom natuurlijk richting Helmond-Centrum en vandaar
verder naar Venlo.

Railcam.nl. I'ts a famous
hotspot, with a daily high
number of visitors, from
every country in the world.
The camspot is just 30
meters away of the railway
crossing at Mainstreet/Mierloseweg
in Mierlo-Hout, (municipality
Helmond). Railcam 1 is installed in North western
direction.
